Method

1.

Start by pre-heating the oven to 180°C. While the oven pre-heats, grease an 8 inch brownie tin with Fry Light and line the bottom of it with greaseproof paper

2.

Next, in a small bowl, mash the avocado until it's smooth

3.

Then, in a larger bowl, melt the coconut oil in the microwave - about 15 seconds should do it

4.

Add the coconut sugar to the melted coconut oil and stir while it's still warm. Then add the mashed avocado, baking soda, cocoa powder, plain flour, protein powder, ground almonds, skimmed milk and salt and mix together until smooth

5.

Once mixed, add half of the brownie mix to the tin and spread out evenly

6.

Next, add the Carb Killa® spread to the mix, using a pallet knife to spread in swirling motions, then add the rest of the brownie mix on top and smooth out until even

7.

Now, bake the brownie mix in the middle of the oven for 14 minutes

8.

Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to entirely cool then place in the fridge for around an hour

9.

When the brownie is cooled, gently remove from the tin and cut into 16 squares

10

To finish, lightly dust with icing sugar or decorate with your favourite toppings - and, of course, enjoy!
