We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply and Demand Planning Assistant. This entry-level role is perfect for those looking to start their career in supply and demand planning, with a clear path for development and progression.
This role offers a clear path to progress into a Demand/Supply Manager position. You will gain hands-on experience and training in Demand forecasting and supply planning, analysis and trend planning to drive informed decision-making and develop commercial awareness to understand the broader business impact of supply and demand decisions.

- Support Supply and Demand Managers in their daily activities.
- Attend and assist in meetings with internal stakeholders to understand and support their supply and demand needs.
- Attend and assist in meetings with external manufacturers to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
- Collate and report data accurately to aid in supply and demand planning.
- Handle day-to-day ad-hoc requests such as emails, data collection, and proactive responses and actions.
- Participate in all meetings for personal and professional development.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
What you will bring

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Exceptional numeric, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of Sports Nutrition channel would be desirable.
