We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at optimising operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall business performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of operational processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

How Will You Contribute

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  •  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  •  Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

  • Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvements as needed.
    and present project status reports to senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Successful completion of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from stakeholders regarding project communication and outcomes.

 Person Specification

  • Proven experience in managing projects within the FMCG sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. APMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.

  • Proven project management experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.

  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry. Experience in managing projects during periods of rapid growth is a plus.
