We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at optimising operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall business performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of operational processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

How Will You Contribute
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvements as needed.

Person Specification
- Proven experience in managing projects within the FMCG sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree or similar in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. APMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Proven project management experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry. Experience in managing projects during periods of rapid growth is a plus.
