We are looking for an exceptional An agile and dynamic HR Professional who is ready to make an impact!

You will already have several years’ exposure in a Generalist HR role and be either ready to step it up a gear or already at managerial level.

Although there are no direct reports with this role, we are looking for someone with the gravitas required to

help drive this company forward. This is an opportunity to join a HR team that empowers employees to be their absolute best whist ensuring the company’s HR policies are robust, adaptable to change & encouraging of growth.

You must be at least Level 3 CIPD and can expect study support to continue your own personal development as well as a wide exposure to all things HR to compliment your studies.

How Will You Contribute

  • Support and partner with the Head of HR, on the definition and execution of Grenade People Strategy, change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned.

  • Partner with function leads and management to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance.

  • Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy.

  • Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in market.

  • Support the Head of HR on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions.

  • Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence.

  • Manage works council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labour policies and compliance with laws and agreements.

 Person Specification

  • A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • Active curiosity, insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performance

  • Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations with increasing responsibility ideally within FMCG/CPG

  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with the wider team

  • Ability to execute strategy and support complex and transformation change

  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people

  • Future focused by thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leverages an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends
