We are looking for an exceptional International Demand manager to play a pivotal role in our planning and procurement team. You will be responsible for developing demand strategies, analysing trends, and working with cross-functional teams to optimise demand and supply processes. Your insights and expertise will be essential in driving sales, improving forecasting accuracy, and ensuring that our supply chain aligns with customer needs and market demands

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of demand forecasting for the international standard label portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with International Commercial, Mondelez Distribution, Product, and Operations teams to establish and oversee standardised processes and global forecasting requirements.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the UK Demand Manager and Supply Managers to ensure alignment.
- Manage and drive all variables within the monthly S&OP cycle to support smooth operations.
- Develop, implement, and manage KPI metrics to improve forecast accuracy, communication, and visibility in forecasting and supply.
- Create and oversee tools, trackers, and dashboards used across functions to optimize planning and communication of all forecast and supply needs.
- Conduct rational, precise data analysis to support business activities, assumptions, and decisions.
- Partner with Commercial, Product, and Supply teams in managing New Product Development (NPD) and End-of-Life projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external customers regarding all demand and supply processes, requests, and actions.
Person Specification
- Expertise in Demand Planning, Inventory, and Supply Planning, with good experience in an international demand planning role—ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
- Strong understanding of key metrics, including sales forecast accuracy, aged/obsolete stock, and relevant forecasting KPIs.
- Skilled in presenting and delivering data insights to senior management and executive leadership.
- Strong business acumen with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
