We are looking for an agile HR-Coordinator to support the daily operations of our people team, acting as the critical link between HR and employees throughout the duration of the people lifecycle.
Working as the frontline of the Grenade People Team, you’ll support impactful transformation projects, on/offboarding, driving engagement, and employee relations. You’ll play a pivotal part in building strong company culture and continuous
improvement. To succeed you’ll have a high level of attention to detail whilst always being ‘people centric; you’ll ensure the accurate and timely processing of all people-related tasks in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the company policies and procedures that support the team in being at their best.

How Will You Contribute
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a great experience.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and People Portal/HRM.
- Managing documentation for new hires, including contracts and other HR documents.
- Processing payroll and benefits-related information.
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting with employee relations issues, such as note taking, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and transformation projects.
- Conducting exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees, sharing insight and building strong
recommendations for the wider People Team. - Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of training programs and capability calendars.
- Supporting the development of employee training materials.
- Arranging business updates and managing other methods for consistent company communications.
Person Specification
- An organised, systematic approach to prioritise and keep on top of daily tasks with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships with the Grenade team and navigate conflict.
- Capable of working both independently and under instruction, with natural curiosity on how we can be better.
- Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, organised and flexible.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, virtually and in written format.

CIPD Level 3 and or 5 would be desirable.
