We are looking for an exceptional Head of Supply Chain to provide strategic direction and leadership for the supply chain department delivering effective operational services. Working as part of the Business Leadership Team, the Head of Supply Chain will be responsible for all areas of supply chain, 3PL performance, contractual, legislative, and regulatory compliance. As an initiative-taking, driven Head of Supply Chain with a desire to work in fast growth challenger brand business the need to be “hands-on” is essential. You will oversee all aspects of the company’s Operations both nationally and internationally and play a major part in the next phase of the company’s growth plans. Providing sound advice to the leadership team and ensuring that Grenade continues to operate robust policies and procedures.

How Will You Contribute
- Develop and implement effective supply and demand planning strategies.
- Ensure accurate forecasting to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory costs.
- Oversee the logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Optimise logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage import and export activities, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient supply chain operations.
- Implement sustainable practices across the supply chain.
- Drive initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of supply chain activities.

- Ability to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.

- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and people skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to supply chain operations.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and ability to implement initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple supply chain projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience in the FMCG sector is highly desirable.
