We are looking for an exceptional E-Commerce Logistics Lead who will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our e-commerce logistics operations. This role is crucial for ensuring that our online sales channels are supported by efficient and effective logistics processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end logistics process for our e-commerce operations, including contract management, inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping.
- Lead and manage e-commerce projects
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and reduce excess inventory.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, coordinating with warehouse staff and external logistics partners.
- Liaise with shipping carriers to negotiate rates, track shipments, and resolve any shipping issues.
- Identify and implement improvements to logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
- Analyse logistics data to identify trends, monitor performance, and inform decision-making.
- Work closely with the e-commerce and customer service to align logistics operations with business goals.
- Lead ERP development and implementation projects.
- Monitor the ERP alert inbox throughout the day.
- Investigate and resolve any errors received from ERP alert system.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing errors.
Person Specification
- Experience in logistics, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel suites
- Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management would be desirable.
