We are looking for an exceptional CRM Executive with a background in FMCG or sports nutrition to join our eCommerce team. You will be instrumental in managing customer engagement through the Ometria Customer Data Platform (CDP), executing impactful SMS campaigns, and driving retention KPIs. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced industries and a strong understanding of customer life cycle strategies, particularly in the health and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities
- Platform Ownership and Optimisation: Oversee the Ometria platform, ensuring optimal functionality, accurate data segmentation, and seamless campaign execution to meet strategic objectives.
- Strategic Campaign Development:
o Develop and execute customer journeys tailored to the sports nutrition audience, leveraging automation to enhance engagement and conversion.
o Plan and launch SMS and email marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with the brand’s tone and resonates with the target audience.
o Drive A/B testing initiatives across messaging, timing, and offers to optimise campaign performance. - Performance Monitoring and Insights:
o Define and track key CRM KPIs, including customer lifetime value (CLV), repeat purchase rates, churn, and retention metrics.
o Analyse campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and presenting findings to stakeholders to inform future strategies. - Customer Retention and Personalisation:
o Develop and implement tailored retention strategies, such as loyalty programmes, replenishment reminders, and exclusive rewards to improve customer stickiness.
o Identify and engage at-risk customers with targeted win-back campaigns based on customer insights and segmentation. - Data Integrity and Compliance:
o Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring adherence to GDPR and data protection best practices.
o Stay informed on SMS and email marketing compliance regulations in the UK to ensure campaigns meet legal and ethical standards. - Collaborative Content Development: Partner with creative teams to produce compelling, health-conscious, and performance-driven content, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives such as product launches and promotions.
Person Specification
- Proven Expertise in CRM Management: Demonstrated experience in CRM strategy and execution, preferably within FMCG, sports nutrition, or health and wellness industries.
- Technical Proficiency:
o In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms (Ometria preferred), SMS marketing tools, and analytics software.
o Basic HTML knowledge is a plus. - Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to interpret and leverage data insights to refine strategies and improve customer engagement and retention.
- Industry Insight: Familiarity with the sports nutrition market and customer behaviours, enabling tailored and effective marketing strategies.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail-oriented and impactful messaging.
- Compliance Savvy: Understanding of UK data protection regulations and the ability to ensure campaign compliance.
- Passion for Customer Experience: A commitment to delivering high-quality, personalised experiences that align with the brand’s values and vision.
