We are looking for an exceptional Creative Lead to be responsible for steering the visual and conceptual direction of our brand, managing a talented team of designers and creatives to produce compelling and cohesive work. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Digital, to ensure our brand’s message is consistent and impactful across all mediums.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on creative leader who can elevate our brand while meeting business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design new styling, assets, and concepts for 360-degree marketing campaigns that align with brand standards, communicate effectively with consumers, and resonate across all touchpoints. Guide the Creative team in executing these campaigns across print, digital, photography, and video.
- Skilfully create and present creative concepts and campaigns to internal teams and external stakeholders, showcasing vision and strategy to ensure cohesive brand communication.
- Manage a diverse range of global projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, marketing objectives, and market-specific requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to bring a strong creative perspective to broader projects, contributing to a collaborative approach that maximizes the impact of every initiative.
- Take full accountability for managing your own schedule and workflow, while also ensuring the creative team is equipped with all necessary resources and guidance to deliver on campaign objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of two direct reports, while also serving as the primary creative voice and support to the wider team.
- Deliver high-quality work across multiple tasks and meet deadlines, collaborating with team members to ensure clarity, alignment, and cohesion in all phases of the process.
- Work with global agencies and suppliers, ensuring optimal project outcomes and brand consistency across every execution.
Person Specification
- Proven background in a professional design environment.
- Strong sense of design principles including layout, colour, typography, and effective visual messaging.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience in mock-up or 3D software, such as Adobe Dimension, ESKO Studio Designer, or similar tools,
- Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:
- Developing point-of-sale materials and display concepts.
- Mastery of layout, typography, and artwork setup for packaging.
- Skills in scripting, storyboarding, and video editing.
- Strong creative thinking and a readiness to work with team members on large-scale projects.
- Excels under deadlines and is responsive to project needs and last-minute changes.
- Positive, proactive approach with a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
- A creative, confident individual with a keen sense of when to push design boundaries, alongside a strong grasp of brand building and retention.
- Deep enthusiasm for design, marketing, and the creative industry as a whole.
- Capable of working autonomously and inspiring others through collaborative efforts and team synergy.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, ensuring every project is executed with precision.
