Brian Nguyen is a men’s health coach with over a decade of experience. He combines calisthenics, running, and weight training to build strength and maintain a lean body year-round. With experience across a wide variety of settings, he now shares his expertise online, helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through sustainable lifestyle changes.

Ottillia is a fitness enthusiast, coach and the owner of the female - only fitness facility, Club ENHERGY, launched in 2021. Three years later, Ottillia continues to find joy in operating CLUB ENHERGY as a one-of-a-kind wellness facility. Her passion has turned into a purpose of building a community of strong and empowered women!

WITH XAVIER CORMIER

Xavier Cromier is a 2x National Champion and a 2x USA World Cup Bronze medalist, with over 10 years of progession calisthenics experience. One of the coolest things about Xavier is his ability to find a way to workout wherever he is. New York City scaffolding, a community playground, a tree branch... it's all the same to him. He's an athete in the truest sense and gives a whole new meaning to "the best equipment is the equipment you have!".
