Milk vs. White Chocolate: Protein Pancake Stacks

Which Carb Killa Spread do you use? White, Milk Choc or both?! Either way, stack your pancakes high and grab a Carb Killa bar to top it off. Be sure to take a picture and tag us on social for a chance to feature!

Ingredients

80g Plain Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
A pinch Salt
60g Apple sauce (or substitute for Banana)
90g Egg whites
60ml Unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk)
To taste Sweetener
As much as you like Carb Killa Spread - the choice is yours!

Method

Mix all wet ingredients into dry ingredients until you have a smooth consistency (you can use a blender)

Then, leave mixture covered at room temp for around 20 mins to thicken

In a sprayed pan on medium heat, add two spoons of the mixture and flip once they start to bubble. You should roughly get 5-6 pancakes!

Stack and layer with Carb Killa Spread, Carb Killa Bar and your chosen fruit. Enjoy!
