Grenade Chocolate Orange Fondant

Ingredients

50g Low fat butter
1.5 heaped tbsp Grenade Milk Chocolate Spread
1 egg
1 Yolk
35g Sweetener
A pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp Orange extract
28g Plain flour
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Grenade Jaffa Quake Carb Killa bar

Method

Pre-heat your oven to 200c

Line your moulds with a small amount of low fat butter & cocoa powder until covered, then tap out any excess

Pop the butter and Grenade Milk Chocolate Spread in a microwave proof dish and heat in 30sec intervals until melted

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, yolk sweetened, orange extract then add the chocolate mixture - whisk then gently fold into the flour

Pour into moulds about 3/4 of the way up and place in the oven for 8 minutes

Turn them out on to a plate, slowly lift the moulds and top with your chopped up Grenade Carb Killa bar!
