Fudged Up Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

70g Plain Flour
3g Baking Powder
3g Baking Soda
25g Hydra 6
2 Egg Whites
40g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
40ml Milk
1 bar - Chopped Fudged Up Carb Killa

Method

Add all of the dry ingredients to a mixing jug or bowl with a pinch of salt then mix well.

Add the egg whites and yoghurt to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Add the milk gradually until the mix is a thick batter, then add into a pan on a medium heat and cover.

Flip after about a minute. Keep your eye on them - don't overcook or they will dry out!
