| 15g | cocoa powder |
| 15g | coconut flour |
| 25g | ground almonds |
| 30g | powdered sweetener |
| 1 tsp | baking powder |
| 80g | egg whites |
| 100ml | almond milk |
| 100g | apple puree |
| 1 tbsp | orange zest (grated) |

| 1 tbsp | Carb Killa® Spread Jaffa Quake |
Preheat oven to 170°C
In a large bowl combine the Hydra 6® Chocolate protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, ground almonds, baking powder and sweetener
Add to the bowl the egg whites, almond milk and apple puree and mix well
Now add in the grated orange zest and mix again
Spray a muffin tray with non-stick and place a tablespoon of the cake batter into the muffin tray
Carefully add the Carb Killa® Spread (approx. 1 tablespoon)
Add another tablespoon of cake batter on top
Repeat until all the cake batter is used up
Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes (Try not to over-bake as you want the middle to be nice and gooey)
Leave the cakes in the muffin tray for about a minute before you remove them
